General Questions

The approval process for our community is 24-72 hours. We look forward to having you here! 

Yes! Our clubroom, fitness center, and sky lounge are 24/7 access.  We also have an assortment of additional amenities that have daily hours. 

We are located in the vibrant neighborhood of Sunset Heights, located in the Houston Heights.  Come in for a tour and we'll tell you about our town!

We are a pet friendly community! We offer a large bark park, plus a pet spa. Pet fees do apply, and we do have a few breed restrictions for dogs. 

3 easy directionals would include being located off of Link Rd and Enid St. We are also located off of major freeways such as I-45 and North Loop. Also easy to get to from 610 North. We are also located down the street from the Houston Farmers Market, about .5 miles down Link Road.

Our internet provider is Xfinity. It is the fastest speed, and ethernet ports are available in each unit for a hardwired connection.

Our school zone is to HISD. The closest elementary, middle, and high schools are Jefferson Elementary School, Hamilton Middel School, and Heights High School.

Yes! There are a few options. Woodland Park is a nearby park for our community, about 5 minutes away on Parkview St. Montie Beach Park is 3 minutes away, off of Northwood St.
